Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

In-Person Pickup:
If you select local pickup at checkout, you will be contacted when your order is ready so a pickup can be coordinated.

Order Issues:
Braid Haven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unclaimed packages. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
