Refund policy
At Braid Haven we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we offer.
All sales are final, with the exception of unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging.
If you wish to request a return for an unopened item, you must contact us at Kelli@BraidHavenCo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any original shipping charges.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process once your return is received and approved.
